MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE-N.V. is an international holding company broadcasting in Europe. MFE has its registered office in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and controls Mediaset S.p.A. and Grupo Audiovisual Mediaset España Comunicación S.A.U. (with tax domiciled in their respective countries) and is the largest shareholder of the German broadcaster ProsiebenSat1. MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE is listed on the Milan Euronext, managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia stock exchanges. Mediaset is the leading commercial television broadcaster in Italy and Spain, audience leader with five general networks, more than 30 free thematic channels and a fee-paying OTT service.

The Group draws on the expertise of its subsidiaries – Medusa and Mediterráneo – in the distribution and production of films and series.
