MFE-MediaForEurope N.V. is a leading media and communications company, operating mainly in Italy and Spain. It stems from the evolution of the Mediaset Group and aims to consolidate and expand its presence in the European media landscape, focusing on innovation and quality content. The group structure includes a 29.99 per cent stake in the share capital of ProSiebenSat.1, one of Germany’s leading television groups. Furthermore, following the cross-border merger by incorporation of Mediaset España Comunicación S.A. into MFE-MediaForEurope N.V., Grupo Audiovisual Mediaset España Comunicación S.A.U. became a wholly owned subsidiary of MFE. The Group’s activities are divided into different areas: TV and radio (Mediaset is the leading private TV publisher in Italy and Spain), Digital & On Demand (whose offer includes a large catalogue of original content, available in streaming and through dedicated apps), cross-media advertising services and entertainment content, infotainment, news, sports, dramas, films and documentaries, many of which broadcast live.
